This error can occur under any of the following conditions.
1. The domain or user credentials provided are incorrect. Please verify your domain and credentials.
2. The domain does not have an HTTP or HTTPS service associated with it. In JSCAPE Secure FTP Server Manager go to the "Services" node and verify that the HTTP service is added. If not, you can add this by clicking on the "Add" button, selecting the desired HTTP services and clicking "Apply" when finished.
3. The user you are trying to login as has the "Secured" checkbox enabled for it's account. This means that the user must login using a secure protocol. You must use HTTPS as HTTP access will not be allowed for this account.
