Fxp between Ftp and Ftps

i need to do fxp between Ftps (only control channel is encrypted, not data channel) and Ftp.

is possibile to do this (i can with normal ftp client)? and if is possible how i can do?

Unfortunately it is only possible to FXP between FTP and FTP OR FTPS and FTPS. In other words you cannot mix types.
