To accomplish this you will need two accounts. The first account will be your own account that only you have access to, known as your personal account or administrative account. The second account will be the account used by your customers for uploading files, known as a dropbox account. When setting up your accounts set the login directory for your personal account above that of the login directory for your dropbox account. This is a one-way share in that the personal account can see the files in the dropbox account but not vice-versa.

Additional permissions that you can enable/disable for a virtual directory include:

Make dir - Ability to create a directory
Delete dir - Ability to delete a directory
List files - Ability to list files in a directory
List subdirs - Ability to list subdirectories in a directory
Browse subdirs - Ability to browse files in a subdirectory
Download file - Ability to download a file
Upload file - Ability to upload a file
Delete file - Ability to delete a file
Allow password change - Ability to change password
