What happens if my account exceeds the storage or bandwidth limit during the month ? For example users for one reason or another inadvertently choose some very large files and quickly blow through my limit before the end of the monthly cycle ?

In this case you will not be able to transfer any more files until the limit is reset. A limit can be reset under either of the following conditions:

a. 30 days have passed from your last billing cycle.

b. You upgrade your account. For example, if you are using Basic edition and upgrade to Professional edition we will upgrade your quota.
